Shipping, Cancellation and Returns, Refunds Policy

Shipping Jurisdiction

We ship our products in India and overseas.
Once the order is placed, an automated email with booking confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent. The order received will be processed and products will be shipped within 2 business days. However, depending on the delivery location, the delivery can take about 3−8 working days from the date of order.
Delivery time may also be subject to delays due to bad weather conditions, strikes, unexpected delay from our delivery partners or any other act beyond our control, for which we will not be legally liable.
If the delivery location could not be located by our delivery partners, the order will be cancelled and full amount will be refunded to the booking customer’s account.

Return Policy

We are sorry for any instances wherein you will be forced to return a product. In such unavoidable circumstances, we allow up to 10 days for return of the product.

Return Instances Allowed

  • Damage in the packaging of the products at the time of delivery.

Return & Replacement Procedure

To book a return and get a replacement, you may

Our support team will contact you to arrange for return or refund accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

All prepaid orders shall be cancelled before the order is dispatched from our end. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed.
Please Note: Our usual dispatch days will be 5 days from the time of order booking and payment confirmation. However, some orders shall be dispatched much sooner to this time.

Once your order is cancelled, your refund will be issued within a maximum or 48 hours. The refund shall be reflected in your original payment method within a maximum of 10 days or depending on your bank's schedule.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to securely pack and deliver the products as intact as possible. In case, if the product gets damaged or lost during transit, if you cancel the order before it is shipped, full refund for your order will be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method provided at the time of order payment.
